To be honest our initial experience with this dealership was not great with buying a car. BUT, our salesman, Alex Milewski worked extremely hard in earning our business back even though it meant a 3 1/2 hour drive back. He brokered a deal we just could not pass up. Dylan Kellow in the Finance Department was exceptional to work with. He made that part of the process fun. We are now the proud owners of the XT5 and love it! Nice work Findlay Cadillac.

I brought my XT5 in for an oil change and my Service Advisor Joe B. advised that an oil leak was discovered. He advised that it could be repaired under factory warranty. I was provided a free rental car and then a new loaner until my vehicle was repaired, which was done quickly. Joe kept in touch to keep us updated on the progress. The whole process was a very professional and we were treated very well. Thanks Joe and the staff at Findley Cadillac.

Andy, Dylan and Ryan provided us with great customer care and attention. They made the transaction as smooth as they could considering it was during the nationwide dealership hack and they had to revert to "old school" transaction methods. It was amazing!! But they kept it as hassle free as possible - with minimal inconvenience - and we still got our 2015 Cadillac SRX Luxury in a reasonable amount of time! Wonderful. I would definitely recommend Findlay Cadillac Henderson and return when it's time to get another Cadillac.

I had picked up several screws in my tire. I contacted the dealership and they made me an appointment on the spot. My car was inspected as well as the other tires for any damage. I was back on the road in less then 90 minutes from the time I arrived. Great customer service and attention to detail. This was my first time using the Cadillac Service Center. They were efficient and did a great job. The work was done before the allotted time, which was a pleasant surprise, considering I was waiting. The Cadillac Service Center offers a wide array of refreshments, from coffee and lattes to soda pops and water. They even have a delightful basket of snacks, ensuring you're well taken care of during your visit. The only hiccup was the carwash unit was broken, so there was no wash :-(. I Purchased a warranty for repairs through the Findlay dealership for my 2018 xt5 and needed an approval from the warranty co and they couldn’t get ahold of the rep for approval for 3 hours which made me have to wait for 6 hours for that repair and a routine oil change . I was not happy after paying $5,000.00 for the warranty which was Recommended by their dealership . I won’t purchase a warranty through the dealership on my next new car so i am not happy and I didn’t receive a courtesy wash as they usually do. I feel their service ...
