Do not use this dealership's service department for anything. This was the worst experience I have ever had at any dealership. Took them 5 days to look at my car then another 5 days to diagnose the problem and fix it. Lack of communication and disrespectful communication I received from this dealership was a huge problem. Ordered a 2025 Escalade IQ (executive package) from Findlay Cadillac Henderson Q1 2024. No updates from salesperson regarding delivery until day before it arrival to dealership.. Scheduled appt right away, went in to sign paperwork & take delivery. Sat over 2hrs waiting for documents (cash deal), factory protective wrap still on many items throughout interior (not big deal), tire jack & wireless headsets that come standard with executive package were/are missing......get in the vehicle to finally head home before noticing vehicle only @ 8% charge (empty tank, barely enough to make it home). I am beyond frustrated with my experience at Findlay Cadillac. I took my car in for a misfiring cylinder (11/15) and ended up in an exhausting ordeal that included the need for an entirely new engine and turbos. I had an extended warranty, but the way they handled the entire process was nothing short of anxiety-inducing. After several not-so-good experiences with other dealers selling online, Findlay's no-nonsense, no-xx approach was a very welcomed change. We recently purchased a used vehicle from Findlay Cadillac. What was mostly a very positive experience was unfortunately soiled by a negative interaction with the Finance manager, Steven Hoffman. Mr. Hoffman was professional and congenial as I would expect at this dealership. Where the experience went south was he chose not to give the buyer, us, what we wanted. To be honest our initial experience with this dealership was not great with buying a car. BUT, our salesman, Alex Milewski worked extremely hard in earning our business back even though it meant a 3 1/2 hour drive back. He brokered a deal we just could not pass up. I brought my XT5 in for an oil change and my Service Advisor Joe B. advised that an oil leak was discovered. He advised that it could be repaired under factory warranty. I was provided a free rental car and then a new loaner until my vehicle was repaired, which was done quickly. Joe kept in touch to keep us updated on the progress. Andy, Dylan and Ryan provided us with great customer care and attention. They made the transaction as smooth as they could considering it was during the nationwide dealership hack and they had to revert to "old school" transaction methods. It was amazing!! But they kept it as hassle free as possible - with minimal inconvenience - and we still got our 2015 Cadillac SRX Luxury in a reasonable amount of time! Wonderful. WE BOUGHT PLATINUM EXTENDED WARRENTY FOR BOTH CADILLACS.. FIRST TIME WE USED IT THERE WAS SO MANY RULES WE ARE AFRAID TO USE IT... THE COST OF THIS BATTERY WAS APPROXIMATELY $900.00 {BATTERY COST FOR THIS CAR WAS AROUND $300.00} AND IF THAT DID NOT WORK THEY WOULD KEEP CHASING THE PROBLEM AND NOT KNOWING IF THE PROBLEM WOULD BE COVERED AND IF NOT WHO PAYS??? HUH???
I had picked up several screws in my tire. I contacted the dealership and they made me an appointment on the spot. My car was inspected as well as the other tires for any damage. I was back on the road in less then 90 minutes from the time I arrived. Great customer service and attention to detail. I have been a Findlay Cadillac customer for almost ten years and have always had great sales and service experiences.
My 2022 XT5 has been serviced by Findley since I bought it! Always good service but this last time I don't know what happen. Adam my service advisor was Johnny on the spot checking me in. He told me other than my oil change and tire rotation, I needed a couple of new filters and that my rims had some scratches on them. Last time they fixed the scratches it was about 3.5 hours. This time turned it in at 7 AM, got it back about 4:30 PM. The Service Dept was SUPER SLOW on this workorder (9.5 hours this time).
My Service Advisor Adam Feldman is great. My Hummer was completed on time and fixed correctly.

Daniel in service well done. Friendly and accommodating Well knowledgeable except we had to fight for my warranty to cover the repairs. We bought our car less than 4 months ago and it’s been in the shop four times. We had to reach out to Cadillac general assistance to help with this matter and it’s really frustrating. We finally got our car back and eventually it was covered by the warranty.
This was my first time using the Cadillac Service Center. They were efficient and did a great job. The work was done before the allotted time, which was a pleasant surprise, considering I was waiting. The Cadillac Service Center offers a wide array of refreshments, from coffee and lattes to soda pops and water. They even have a delightful basket of snacks, ensuring you're well taken care of during your visit. The only hiccup was the carwash unit was broken, so there was no wash :-(. The salesman was nice. The service .manager was great. BUT the finance guy sucks. I refused GAP Insurance because I could get it from my insurance company. He got angry and said you would be stupid not to accept it. And that i would zNEVER get financed again if something was to happen . Like i couldnt afford the vehicle or something. Very unprofessional and i will tell anyone going there to avoid him.

I Purchased a warranty for repairs through the Findlay dealership for my 2018 xt5 and needed an approval from the warranty co and they couldn’t get ahold of the rep for approval for 3 hours which made me have to wait for 6 hours for that repair and a routine oil change . I was not happy after paying $5,000.00 for the warranty which was Recommended by their dealership . I won’t purchase a warranty through the dealership on my next new car so i am not happy and I didn’t receive a courtesy wash as they usually do. I feel their service ...

Absolute unsatisfactory experience with sales person, and her manipulation of what was included in final price. The inept process of a CASH purchase was further exasperated about will full lying about the timeline involved to complete the transaction, At one point, the salesperson brought her boss ( who is also her husband) to provide an intimidating explanation. Complete with his arms crossed over his chest. Truly a bush league event, unlike anything ever seen at a Cadillac dealer, or any other new car dealer.
