I would only recommend the sales department due to my distrust of service dept. I am currently contemplating not ever leaving my vehicle ever again with this department. Oil changes, any service that will be same day service only. My girlfriend had been working with them to get pricing to $40,000 out the door on a used Lyriq for days, but never got below $41,500 with very slow communication. Kelvin was great, staying in constant contact with me at all times. The truck was beautiful and clean, and he probably spent a half hour showing me the nuances of the Escalade. We’ve been doing business with Findlay Cadillac for many years and there was never a time when the experience was not exceptional. Dishonest beyond belief, I wanted to buy a car there. They first try to scam offering $7000 less than carmax. Then when the salesman figured he wasn't making big bucks on the sale, he hands me off to someone else. Then they say the car will be ready next day. I waited at home made several calls and text messages to the dealership and no response. 5pm the salesman called it won't be ready for pickup for two more days after I waisted an entire day waiting.

Service Department has not yet gained my full confidence. Took it in for service and the car wound up sitting there for 3 weeks before they were able to work on my car. Dropped off on Sept 19 and picked up on Oct 9. No rental car was provided. Lots of inconvenience to me, the customer. I have worked with Tyler Sullivan in the past, he is extremely professional and knowledgeable about my XT5. Unfortunately, my A/C stopped working, so I brought it in for service. Tyler checked some things to see if it was a minor repair. Unfortunately, it ended up being the A/ C compressor. Tyler offered a coupon discount over the original estimate and my car was repaired within a reasonable timeframe. I highly recommend seeing Tyler if you need service on you Cadillac.
Worst dealer experience ever I brought my Escalade into service i came back outside to see a porter leaning against my vehicle and when i said something he got into my face as if he wanted to fight i let the service manger at the time know what happened and he replied with how many years the guy worked there didnt seem to concerned. Second incident brought my vehicle in for service and my headphones for rear entertainment came up missing was promised another set , im still waiting 🤷♂️

I want to share my experience to caution others. Although I personally completed all the purchase paperwork, Mr. Hoffman entered everything under my husband’s name only. When I raised the issue and provided clear proof of my involvement and completion of the documents, he attempted to dismiss my concerns and even suggested I had not completed the paperwork at all.
This behavior felt not only dismissive but gaslighting—an attempt to make me doubt my own actions despite the evidence. Thankfully, I have the documentation to prove what actually happened.

Disappointing Service Experience at Findlay Cadillac!!!! I’ve purchased two vehicles from Findlay Cadillac, yet I’ve consistently felt unwelcome every time I’ve returned for service. Most recently, I brought my car in for a specific issue, but while other unrelated items were addressed, the original problem was never resolved.
I normally don’t leave reviews, but after sending two emails, a text, and leaving several voicemails without any response, I felt I had no other choice. It’s clear the service department is understaffed and lacking in leadership and training.

Findlay Cadillac service is totally and completely AWESOME. Joe is now my go to service guy. He took amazing and great care of me & my caddy.. Poor caddy had imtermitten electrical issues and a few other problems. thank goodness I added the extended warranty a few years ago, the extended warranty just paid for itself and extra. I highly recommend Findlay Cadillac for both purchase and service.

I bought a used car from the dealership. The sales experience was great. The salesperson Priceline was good at communication but as soon as the purchase agreement was signed I have been ghosted completely. It's been 2 weeks. My temporary registration is about to expire and I still do not have any paperwork to get my registration of my vehicle started. I have tried reaching out to the dealership, the finance manager, Steve or Bryce but so far I have not heard back anything. Hoping this post and review will get some traction

We wanted to test drive a car on Saturday. I don’t like salespeople in general, as so many are annoying! However, a responsive, kind, and very likable woman approached us. Morgan was good at listening, very respectful, incredibly knowledgeable, and fun! We drove off the dealership with our new Optiq! Do not use this dealership's service department for anything. This was the worst experience I have ever had at any dealership. Took them 5 days to look at my car then another 5 days to diagnose the problem and fix it. Lack of communication and disrespectful communication I received from this dealership was a huge problem. Ordered a 2025 Escalade IQ (executive package) from Findlay Cadillac Henderson Q1 2024. No updates from salesperson regarding delivery until day before it arrival to dealership.. Scheduled appt right away, went in to sign paperwork & take delivery. Sat over 2hrs waiting for documents (cash deal), factory protective wrap still on many items throughout interior (not big deal), tire jack & wireless headsets that come standard with executive package were/are missing......get in the vehicle to finally head home before noticing vehicle only @ 8% charge (empty tank, barely enough to make it home). Extremely poor service all around especially considering $160k+ purchase!
I brought my vehicle in for a few warranty related items that were taken care of in the time we talked about at drop off. I was contacted with the expected time of completion. The repairs were gone over with me when I picked up my vehicle. I was happy with my first experience with the service department.
I am beyond frustrated with my experience at Findlay Cadillac. I took my car in for a misfiring cylinder (11/15) and ended up in an exhausting ordeal that included the need for an entirely new engine and turbos. I had an extended warranty, but the way they handled the entire process was nothing short of anxiety-inducing.

After several not-so-good experiences with other dealers selling online, Findlay's no-nonsense, no-xx approach was a very welcomed change. The sales consultant, Adrian, took fantastic care to exceed my expectations, was careful not to overpromise, and appeared fully empowered to complete the transaction as we had agreed from the start. I brought my XT5 in for an oil change and my Service Advisor Joe B. advised that an oil leak was discovered. He advised that it could be repaired under factory warranty. I was provided a free rental car and then a new loaner until my vehicle was repaired, which was done quickly. Joe kept in touch to keep us updated on the progress.
