Maintenance and Cadillac Premium Care

At Findlay Cadillac, we offer Cadillac Premium Care to a range of newly purchased vehicles. This service includes your Cadillac First Maintenance Visit, an oil and filter change, tire rotation, multi-point vehicle inspection, warranty coverage of a 4-Year/50,000 mile bumper-to-bumper limited warranty and a 6-year/70,000 mile Powertrain limited warranty. This level of Cadillac Premium Care is offered to all 2019 (or newer) vehicles.

2017 and 2018 Cadillac vehicles, excluding the 2017 XT5, are covered for certain maintenance services for 3 years/36,000 miles. Cadillac Premium Care for these years includes oil changes based on the vehicle’s Cadillac Oil Life Monitor System, an engine air cleaner filter replacement, passenger compartment air filter replacement, tire rotations every 7,500 miles, and a multi-point vehicle inspection.

The 2017 XT5 and all 2011-2016 Cadillacs are covered by the same services as above, but for 4 years/50,000 miles. Regardless of your purchase, you have the option of multiple packages to ensure the best care for your vehicle.

Further Protection

In addition to Cadillac Premium Care, you will also be offered warranty protection. The Cadillac 6-year/70,000 mile Powertrain Warranty is the best in the business- beating out other major manufacturers.

The next best warranty, 4-year/50,000 bumper-to-bumper, covers any repairs on your entire vehicle. This includes parts and labor, so that we can correct any issues in materials or workmanship.

Onstar Additions for Your Family

Through Findlay Cadillac, you are offered the elite in family and self-care. Connections by Onstar will allow you to make hands-free calls and provides a built-in Wifi hotspot. The highly reliable 4G network can support up to seven mobile devices, so your family will be safe and having a great time in your vehicle.
